🎫 SYNOXA: TICKETS, MODERATION AND MORE, IN ONE BOT

Synoxa handles support and day-to-day life on your server: full ticket system, moderation, giveaways, suggestions and service monitoring. Everything is set up with a few commands, both slash and prefix, and each server chooses its language (English or French) with /setup language.

🎫 TICKETS

• Open by command, button or reaction, in a private channel

• Categories with emojis and customizable channel names (ticket-0042, support-42...)

• Priority, status, staff claiming, private notes, duplicate merging

• AI summary of an open ticket with one command (Synoxa AI, up to 5 per 4 hours per server)

• Automatic reminders and closing after inactivity

• Canned replies, satisfaction survey that can be turned off

• Transcripts, history and statistics (response time, busiest hours)

🛡️ MODERATION

• Automatic anti-scam with no setup (fake Nitro, fake links)

• Ban (permanent or temporary), kick, mute, warn, clear, lock, slowmode, nicknames and roles, including in bulk with /allrole

• Permissions and role hierarchy checked on every action

🎉 GIVEAWAYS AND SUGGESTIONS

• Giveaways with up to 20 winners, secure draw and resume after restart

• Suggestions channel with votes, staff accept or deny, and statistics

📡 MONITORING (BETA)

• Up to 10 websites, APIs and game servers per Discord server, sorted into categories

• Live panel with a Refresh button

• Outage and recovery alerts, sent only after repeated checks to limit false alarms

• Beta feature: it keeps evolving and improving with each update

💾 BACKUP

• Backup and restore of a server's roles and channels, with confirmation

⚙️ SIMPLE TO USE

• Slash and prefix commands, with detailed help: .help ticket create explains any command

• Quick setup with /setup, and /setup view to see everything at a glance

• Extra tools: custom embeds (/embed), Steam deals (/soldes), emoji info with a "take it" button (/emoji)

🔒 YOUR DATA AND PERMISSIONS

• Data automatically deleted 30 days after the bot leaves

• AI summary: nothing is stored, and private staff notes are never sent

• The invite asks for Administrator so the bot can create ticket channels and restore backups without permission errors

• Important: after adding Synoxa, drag its role to the very top of your server's role list (Server Settings > Roles). Otherwise it cannot manage higher roles or moderate their members, and some actions will fail with a permission error
