  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location (for U.S. users) or the appropriate EU regulatory body (for EU users) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA notice

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Discordium.org may reinstate the removed content unless the original complainant initiates legal action within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Discordium.org reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are deemed repeat infringers.
