This policy is designed to comply with:

Reporting Copyright Infringement, Plagiarism, and Other Violations
If you believe that any content hosted on Discordium.org infringes your copyright, is plagiarized, or otherwise violates intellectual property rights, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice by providing the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material, including a URL or specific location where the content is found on Discordium.org
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
Submitting a DMCA Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Discordium.org will promptly investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location (for U.S. users) or the appropriate EU regulatory body (for EU users) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA notice

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Discordium.org may reinstate the removed content unless the original complainant initiates legal action within 10 business days.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Discordium.org reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are deemed repeat infringers.

Users must ensure that any use of logos, brand names, or trademarks complies with legal regulations.
Misuse of Intellectual Property
Users found to be misusing copyrighted material, including unauthorized reproductions or derivative works, will be subject to account suspension or termination.
