- Unauthorized changes to roles, channels, or permissions
- Suspicious bot activity or new unknown bots added
- Members reporting spam, scams, or unusual messages
- Loss of server ownership or admin privileges
Immediate Steps to Take
Change Your Password
If your account was compromised, reset your password immediately.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Ensure 2FA is enabled for extra security.
Check Audit Logs
Review the logs for any suspicious actions and identify the intruder.
Reporting the Incident
If your server was taken over or compromised, report the issue as soon as possible:
