Verified Staff & Communication

A verified staff member is an official representative of Discord or Discordium.org.

• On Discord: Official employees display the "Discord Staff" badge on their profile.
• On Discordium: Verified staff and moderators show a verified badge on their profiles. You can also identify them in the official Discordium Support Server, where they hold roles such as "Discordium Staff" or "Moderator", assigned only by the Discordium management team.
• Official Bots: Discordium bots show the Discordium logo with a verified checkmark next to their name.

Be careful if someone:

• DMs you claiming to be from "Discord" or "Discordium Support"
• Asks for your password, 2FA codes, or billing info
• Sends suspicious files, Nitro gifts, or "verification" links
• Tells you to "verify your server" using an unknown website

Real staff will never message you first or ask for private information.

If someone contacts you outside these, it's not official.

1. 1Check the username or ID against the official Discordium staff list.
2. 2Look for badges: Discord → "Discord Staff" · Discordium → "Verified" or "Moderator"
3. 3Review their behavior: Real staff communicate professionally and never pressure you to share data.
4. 4Confirm via official channels: If unsure, contact support@discordium.org or ask in the Discordium Support Server.

• All staff accounts are verified internally by the management team
• Communication only happens via @discordium.org emails or verified Discord accounts
• Staff activity on Discordium.org and bots is logged and monitored for transparency
• Fake servers or impersonators are reported directly to Discord Trust & Safety
