Discord ticketing with a real web admin panel. Server staff configure ticket buttons, forms, and roles in the browser. Members open a private ticket channel from a panel. Staff handle the request in Discord. Premium servers can save a hosted HTML transcript when a ticket closes.

Get started

1. Invite QuickTicket with the Invite button on this page (the link already requests the permissions the bot needs — not Administrator).
2. Run /help in your server (only you will see the reply).
3. Open https://quickticket.site and sign in with Discord. You must be an Administrator of the server you want to configure.
4. Pick that server. Choose a Gaming or General template.
5. Set the panel channel, staff role, and ticket types. Save, then post / resend the panel.
6. Members click a button, fill the form, and get a private ticket channel. Staff close from the channel or with slash commands.

Permissions we ask for (not Administrator)

Manage Channels, View Channel, Send Messages, Manage Messages, Embed Links, Attach Files, Read Message History, Change Nickname. Change Nickname is only used for Premium+ per-server nicknames.
